"It required a lot of courage from me to step into this workshop - each day of the workshop, I had to center in and choose again to continue on to the next part. It challenged me but in all the best ways, leaving me with some deep healing and transformation; feeling well supported by the facilitators the whole way through.

We did exercises that I have imagined in the past that could assist me in my healing. And to actually experience the deep support and being literally held with safe, sacred space by fellow participants and facilitators was life-changing and healing to such deep level.

The workshop contained an amazing balance of shadow work, moments of tears, moving big emotions without shame or judgement, uplifting moments of fun, laughter, dancing, hugs and full honoring of each other and our Eros path.

I discovered parts of myself that I hadn't explored in any other work I have encountered and loved stepping deeper into my shadow work by exploring in the Eros and sexuality realm.

I most enjoyed how there was such a beautiful connection among the participants who joined, there was such a great group attracted to this workshop and the magic of those connections continues on weeks later."

“This weekend was a turning point for how I viewed my sexuality and life force. I experienced a lifting of shame around these aspects of my being and I feel gratitude for being able to deeply connect with my desire and sensuality and explore what has been blocking me accessing these.

Nathalie and Giles were wonderful, safe and knowledgeable facilitators in this area and brought themselves and their experiences to the group which enabled me to trust and embrace the weekend. Thank you again as the learning of this weekend continue to play out months later.”

"Best thing I’ve done in a long while!

I was curious, scared, excited and even more curious the more I read about the power held in my Eros.  This was a chance to shine light on my sexual self. I hadn’t really done that before in my personal growth journey, but I had experienced Shadow Work containers and had come to trust the processes.

I loved the easy, natural way Nathalie and Giles brought their authentic selves to the circle and in 3 days created a place of inclusion, safety and transformation. It seemed to me that everyone got to experience a  positive shift. For me it was wonderful and joyful, and the intimacy I share with my partner of 3 decades is all the richer. Awesome stuff!! Highly recommended."

"We compartmentalize our work life, relationships, family, personal care, finances, and especially our sexuality. This weekend offered a chance to explore how I do and don’t show up sexually – and how it affects every other part of my life. The experiences helped me work through old patterns, in a unique, freeing, and effective way." ~ Sabrina S., Alberta, Canada

"Eros Work helped me identify what holds me back in various areas of my life. It helps bring to light why and how patterns in my life keep playing out in all relationships – love, friendships, work relationships. It gives me direction in terms of what I need “right now” to stay present, to love myself, and to keep growing to be a person, more loving and open person." ~ Nadine L, Alberta, Canada
____________
